WMHA Annual AGM
It’s that time of year again! Please join us for our Annual General Meeting on Sunday, May 31, at 6:00 p.m. at the Wetaskiwin Moose Hall.
We are currently seeking nominations for the following positions:
- Vice President of Operations
- Vice President of Discipline & Risk Management
- Registrar
- Equipment Coordinator
- Tournament Coordinator (This will be a one-year term to get this position back in sync)
- Ice Coordinator
- Fundraising Coordinator
- U7 Coordinator
- U9 Coordinator
- U11 Coordinator
- U13 Coordinator
- U15 Coordinator
- U18 Coordinator
- U9/U11/U13 Female Coordinator
- U15/U18 Female Coordinator
Please submit all nominations by email to the Secretary (aparsons.wmha@gmail.com) and President (pr.wmha@gmail.com) no later than May 29, 2026. This allows us time to confirm with each nominee that they are willing to accept the nomination. Please include the nominee’s contact information so we can reach out to them directly.
As always, nominations may also be made from the floor during the AGM.
